Directions

Lightly heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a big bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped chestnuts, soy sauce, brown sugar, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix everything well until it’s all evenly combined. Roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of two tablespoons and place them on a baking sheet.
