Step 1
Combin the ground turkey, 1 cup of water, chopped onion, cloves, sage, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Bring everything to a boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer gently for about 45 minutes. While itโs cooking, use a spatula to mash the mixture occasionally to help break it down and blend the flavors. Once itโs done, take the pan off the heat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix the gelatin with the remaining ยฝ cup of water until itโs fully dissolved. Stir this gelatin mixture into the turkey mixture until well combined.
Step 3
Pour the whole thing into a small container and pop it in the fridge. Let it chill for about an hour or until itโs completely cool and set.
