Pour your cold brew concentrate into an ice cube tray and pop it in the freezer. Let it freeze completely, which usually takes about 2 to 4 hours. While the coffee cubes are freezing, mix the hot cocoa powder with some hot water until it’s fully dissolved and smooth. Once your coffee cubes are ready, toss them into a blender. Add the cocoa mixture, soy milk, a splash of chocolate syrup, and your choice of sweetener. Blend everything together for a minute or two until the shake is nice and frothy with a bit of icy texture. Pour it into a glass and enjoy!
