Directions
Heat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and lining a baking sheet with foil to make cleanup easier. In a bowl, mix together the ground pork with sage, salt, paprika, marjoram, pepper, onion powder, and thyme until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into about 10 small patties and arrange them on the foil-lined sheet. Pop the tray into the oven and bake the patties for 15 minutes. Then, flip them over and continue cooking for another 10 minutes or so, until theyβre cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160Β°F (74Β°C). Let them rest for a minute or two before serving.
