Heat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of raw sugar and honey until well combinedβthatβs your honey-sugar mix. In a larger bowl, cream the rest of the raw sugar, the honey-sugar blend, and butter until smooth and fluffy. Then, add in the eggs and vanilla extract, giving everything a good mix. Next, stir in the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves until the dough comes together evenly. Fold in the dried apples, persimmons, and walnuts. Scoop out rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them out a bit. Bake them in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges start to turn a lovely golden brown. Let them cool slightly before enjoying!
