Step 1
Lightly heat your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and lining two baking sheets with foil. Toss the carrot slices with a teaspoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper, and do the same with the red onion on a separate sheet. Pop both trays into the oven and roast for about 10 minutes.

While the veggies are roasting, mix together the goat cheese, egg yolk, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl until itโs smooth. Season with a little salt and pepper, then set it aside.

Once the carrots and onions are out of the oven, drizzle the carrots with honey and give them a gentle toss. Turn up your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).

Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly over your pizza crust, leaving a small border around the edges. Arrange the honey-glazed carrots on top, then sprinkle over the roasted red onions.
Step 5
Bake the pizza for 13 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and just starting to brown. While itโs baking, toss some arugula with the remaining olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Slice up the pizza and either pile the dressed arugula on top or serve it on the side for a fresh, peppery bite.
