- Turn the wings regularly to cook them evenly and avoid burning.
Step 1
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with pepper, salt, chili flakes, egg, and cornflour. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes.

Heat some oil and fry the wings until theyโre crispy and golden. Once done, set them aside.

In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, chili sauce, BBQ sauce, oregano, Kashmiri chili powder, and a bit of water. Set this sauce mixture aside.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic, and cook for about a minute until fragrant. Then pour in the sauce mixture along with a splash of water and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.

Stir together 1 tablespoon of cornflour with ยผ cup of water until smooth, then add this to the sauce. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Step 6
Toss the fried wings into the sauce, making sure theyโre well coated. Finish by sprinkling chopped spring onions and white sesame seeds on top, and give it one last good mix.
