Directions
Pour some water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and place the ham on the trivet or directly on top of the water. In a small bowl, mix together the honey and sriracha until well combined, then spoon the sauce over the ham. Secure the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 10 minutes. It will take about 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build before the timer starts. Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally, which can take anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. When it's safe to open, carefully remove the ham and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
