Gently heat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a big bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and horseradish until the mixture is nice and smooth. Then, add the garlic, onion, lemon juice, and a splash of hot pepper sauce—give it a good stir. Carefully fold in the crabmeat so it doesn’t break up too much, and season with white pepper to your liking. Spread this creamy crab mixture evenly over the pretzels, and sprinkle each one with about half a cup of shredded jack cheese. Pop them into the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, which should take around 20 minutes. Let them cool for a minute or two before digging in!
