Gently heat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Take the biscuits apart and lay them out on your workspace. Roll each biscuit out with a rolling pin until itโs about twice as big as before. Sprinkle a little garlic salt over each one, then add two slices of pepperoni. Next, pile on a good amount of mozzarella cheese, but save about two tablespoons for later. Fold the edges of the dough over the toppings and pinch them together tightly so nothing spills out. Place the stuffed biscuits on a baking sheet, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Pop them in the oven and bake for around 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the biscuits turn golden brown.
