Directions
Crush the sandwich cookies and mixing them with the chopped walnuts and powdered sugar in a big bowl. Pour in the coffee liqueur and corn syrup, then stir everything together until it’s well combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more coffee liqueur, just a teaspoon at a time, until it holds together nicely. Next, pour some cocoa powder into a shallow dish. Take spoonfuls of the cookie mixture and roll them into balls, then coat each one in the cocoa powder. Place the finished treats in an airtight container and pop them in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight, to let them set.
