Why This Recipe Is So Easy To Love
Tips To Improve This Recipe
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes to prevent spreading while baking.
- Avoid overbaking to keep the cookies soft and moist.
Directions
Gently heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a big bowl, mix together the cake mix, white chocolate chips, toffee bits, eggs, vegetable oil, and brown sugar until it forms a soft dough. Scoop out about 2-inch portions and roll them into balls. Pour some confectioners’ sugar into a shallow dish and roll each dough ball in it until they’re nicely coated. Place the coated balls on an ungreased baking sheet, giving them some space to spread. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges look set and slightly firm. Let them cool a bit before enjoying!
