Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes, or follow your air fryer’s instructions if it’s different. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt, and pepper. Crack an egg into the bowl and whisk everything until it’s well combined. Spread the pecans out on a plate.
Step 2
Take each pork chop and dip it into the egg mixture, making sure it’s fully coated. Then press the pecans onto both sides of the chop, really pressing them in so they stick well. Give each chop a light spray of cooking spray on both sides, then place them in the air fryer basket.
Step 3
Cook the pork chops for about 6 minutes, then carefully flip them over using tongs. Cook for another 6 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and no longer pink in the middle. Serve them up warm, maybe with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top for a little extra color and flavor.
