Toss the chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt, chili powder, and cornstarch in a big bowl. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat, then fry the chicken until itβs golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Set it aside.

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, add the ramen noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, mix together barbecue sauce, mustard paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and the ramen seasoning powder. Pour this sauce over the noodles and give everything a good toss.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan, crack in an egg, and fry it until itβs cooked to your liking. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
