Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a bowl, mix together the sweetener, melted butter, and almond extract until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into an ungreased 9x13-inch pan to form the crust. Pop it in the oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, then take it out and let it cool for around 10 minutes while keeping the oven on.

Combine the sweetener and almond flour in another bowl. Whisk in the eggs and fresh lemon juice until everything is smooth. Pour this lemony filling over the cooled crust and return the pan to the oven. Bake for another 20 minutes, then let it cool before slicing into 18 bars. Enjoy!
