Gently heat your grill to medium-high and give the grates a quick oiling so the bacon doesnโt stick. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and chipotle powder until well combined. Set a disposable aluminum pan on the upper rack or off to the side on indirect heat to keep the bacon warm later.

Place the bacon strips directly on the hot grill grates, then turn the heat down to low. Grill the bacon, turning it often, until itโs nicely browned and crispyโthis usually takes about 4 to 6 minutes. Once cooked, move the bacon to the pan you set aside to keep it warm.
