Step 1
Gently heat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine the orange juice concentrate, lemon juice, rice vinegar, orange zest, garlic powder, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Give everything a good stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Toss the cocktail sausages into the mixture, making sure they’re well coated, then transfer everything to an 8x8-inch baking dish.

Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes. Every 10 minutes or so, give the sausages a stir to keep them nicely glazed. While the sausages are cooking, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth.

Once the sausages are done, use a slotted spoon to move them to a serving plate. Pour the sauce into a small saucepan and warm it over medium heat until it starts to simmer. Slowly whisk in the cornstarch mixture and keep stirring until the sauce thickens, which should take about 2 minutes. Drizzle the thickened glaze over the sausages and enjoy!
