What Makes This Recipe Special
Helpful Kitchen Tips
- Toast the spices lightly before adding them to release their aroma.
- Be careful not to overheat the chocolate to keep it smooth and glossy.
Directions
Put the milk, beans, brown sugar, egg, coffee, cocoa powder, cornstarch, chili powder, and garam masala into a blender. Blend everything until it’s completely smooth. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook it over medium heat, stirring constantly so it doesn’t stick or burn. Keep cooking until it thickens up nicely, which should take about 10 to 15 minutes. Once it’s thickened, take the pan off the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract. Mix until the dessert looks glossy and smooth. Then, spoon it into bowls and you’re ready to enjoy!
