Gently heat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Season the chicken breasts with a bit of salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine the ham, mayonnaise, sour cream, all the cheeses, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until everything is well mixed. Spoon about half a cup of this cheesy mixture onto each chicken breast. Roll the chicken up around the filling, then wrap each one with two slices of bacon and secure them with toothpicks.

Pour some bread crumbs into a shallow dish and roll each bacon-wrapped chicken breast in them until theyโre nicely coated. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pop it in the oven. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside. If you have a meat thermometer, it should read at least 165ยฐF (74ยฐC) in the thickest part.
