Directions
Heat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Once melted, stir in the cinnamon and brown sugar, then take the pan off the heat. Mix in the crushed saltine crackers until everything is nicely coated. Pour about an inch of water into a baking dish, then place the acorn squash in the dish with the rounded sides down. Spoon the buttery cracker mixture into the hollow part of the squash. Pop it in the oven and bake until the squash is tender and you can easily pierce it with a forkβthis usually takes around 45 minutes.
