Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Toss in some chopped onions, red bell pepper, and capsicum. Sauté for a minute, then season with a little salt and pepper. Stir it all together and set aside.

Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and beat them well.
