Directions
Warm up your oven’s broiler and moving the rack so it’s about 6 inches from the top. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, mustard, barbecue sauce, and hot pepper sauce. Pop it in the microwave on high for around 3 minutes until it’s bubbling and a bit thicker. While that’s heating, arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet and layer the roast beef on top. Spoon the sauerkraut mixture over the beef, then place a slice of cheese on each open sandwich. Slide the baking sheet under the broiler and cook for about 3 minutes, keeping an eye on them until the bread edges get a little charred and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy right away!
