Directions
Warm your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Toss the cauliflower florets into a baking dish, then add some minced garlic. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over everything and drizzle with olive oil, making sure each piece gets a little love. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pop the dish into the oven and roast uncovered for about 15 to 25 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and has a nice golden color on top. When itβs done, take it out and sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese over the warm cauliflower. Serve right away and enjoy!
