Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and egg until well combined. Mix some salt and pepper into the flour, then coat each fish fillet in the seasoned flour. After that, dip the fillets into the egg and milk mixture, making sure they're fully covered. Next, roll them in the bread crumbs so they’re nicely coated all over.
Step 2
Heat a good splash of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the fillets and cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until they turn a beautiful golden brown. Serve them right away with some lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over. Enjoy!
