Directions
Start by gently melting the peanut butter and honey together in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and give everything a good stir so itβs all nicely coated. Lightly grease a cake pan, then transfer the granola mix into it. Press it down firmly to create an even layer. Let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes until itβs set and easy to cut into bars.
