Directions
Heat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place a wire rack on top to keep the pretzels elevated while baking. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, chili powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper until well combined. Take each bacon slice and press both sides into the brown sugar mixture so itโs nicely coated. Wrap a slice of the coated bacon around each pretzel rod, leaving a little bit of the bottom bare so itโs easy to hold. Place the wrapped pretzels on the wire rack, making sure theyโre spaced out. Pop them in the oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized. Let them cool slightly before digging in!
