Cooking Tips You Should Know
- Chill the pie for at least 4 hours to help it set properly.
- For a crunchy texture, add chopped peanuts on top before serving.
Step 1
Melt the peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar together in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it for about 45 seconds, or until everything is smooth and combined. Pour the graham cracker crumbs into a pie dish, then pour the peanut butter mixture over them. Stir it all together, pressing the crumbs firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the dish with the back of a spoon to form the crust.
Step 2
In a stand mixer on low speed, blend the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, and chocolate syrup until itโs well mixed and creamy. In a separate bowl, melt the dark and milk chocolate chips with the vegetable oil in the microwave. Do this on half power, stirring every 15 seconds until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
Step 3
Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix on low, scraping down the sides as needed, until everything is combined and silky. Pour this filling into your prepared crust and pop the pie in the fridge for at least two hours so it can set up nicely before serving.
