Step 1
Take the corned beef out of the packaging and toss the seasoning packet. Submerge the beef in water, cover it, and pop it in the fridge for up to 8 hours or overnight to soak. The next morning, drain the beef and pat it dry with a paper towel. Brush all sides with browning liquid, then sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder evenly over it.

Place the seasoned beef into a sealable plastic bag and vacuum seal it tightly. Set up your sous vide cooker to 165ยฐF (74ยฐC) and cook the beef in the water bath for about 10 hours. When itโs done, carefully take the bag out and let it cool for around 10 minutes until itโs easy to handle. Finally, slice the corned beef into thin slicesโabout a quarter-inch thickโor however thick you prefer.
