What Makes This Dish So Tasty
Pro Cooking Tips
- Add a little olive oil and your favorite herbs before wrapping for extra flavor.
- Use medium heat on the grill to prevent burning the foil and potatoes.
Directions
Warm your grill to high, then close the lid to get it nice and hot. Tear off four pieces of aluminum foil, about 6 inches square each, and set them out on your workspace. Take each potato and poke it a few times with a fork, then place it on a piece of foil. Add a tablespoon of butter on top, sprinkle with parsley and garlic salt, and wrap the foil around the potato securely. Turn the grill down to medium heat, then put the foil-wrapped potatoes on the grill. Let them cook for about 20 minutes, turning them every now and then to make sure they cook evenly. When theyβre tender, carefully take them off the grill, unwrap the foil, and enjoy with a dollop of sour cream if you like.
