Cooking Secrets
- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor and texture.
- Be careful not to overcook; shrimp turn opaque and firm when done, usually in 4-6 minutes.
Step 1
Mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, seafood seasoning, lemon pepper, basil, and garlic. Slowly whisk in the oil until the marinade thickens. Set aside half of this mixture for basting later. Toss the shrimp in the remaining marinade, making sure theyโre well coated. Cover and pop them in the fridge for about 30 minutes to soak up all those flavors.
Step 2
When youโre ready, heat your grill to medium-high, around 400 to 450 degrees. Take a sheet of Reynolds Wrapยฎ Nonstick Aluminum Foil and cut some slits in it, then place it on the grill with the nonstick side facing up. Arrange the shrimp on the foil in a single layer.
Step 3
Grill the shrimp uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes, turning them once and brushing with the reserved marinade halfway through. Youโll know theyโre done when they turn firm and pink. Carefully remove the shrimp from the foil and let the leftover juices cool down before handling the foil. Enjoy!
