Step 1
Pop the ruby cacao wafers into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in short bursts of about 20 seconds, stirring each time, until theyโre fully melted and smooth. Next, mix the melted cacao with cream cheese in a bowl. Use an electric mixer to blend everything together until itโs nice and creamy.
Step 2
Split the marshmallow creme into two small bowls. Add 3 to 5 drops of neon blue food coloring to one and the same amount of neon purple to the other, stirring each until the color is evenly mixed in. Drop a spoonful of the blue marshmallow creme and a spoonful of the purple on top of the ruby cacao cream cheese mixture. Take a knife and gently swirl the two colors together and through the cream cheese for a fun marbled effect.
Step 3
Finish it off by sprinkling rainbow sprinkles over half of the dip and then add a stripe of yellow sprinkles down the center. Serve it up with graham crackers and apple slices for dipping and enjoy!
