Step 1
Place the egg in a saucepan and adding enough water to cover it by about an inch. Put a lid on the pan and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once itβs boiling, take the pan off the heat and let the egg sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. After that, drain the water and run the egg under cold water until itβs cool enough to handle. Peel the egg and slice it into pieces.
Step 2
Toss the lettuce in a bowl and sprinkle the chopped bell pepper and onion evenly over it. Drizzle your dressing on top and give everything a gentle mix to combine. Take the sprouts and gently pull them apart, then arrange them on top of the salad to form a little nest shape.
Step 3
Season the egg slices with a bit of salt and pepper, then place them in the center of your sprout nest. Finally, scatter the honey-glazed almonds around the egg to finish it off. Enjoy!
