Slic the smoked salmon into about twenty-four pieces, each roughly 3/4 by 2 inches. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped celery, walnuts, and green onion. Stir in a teaspoon of lemon juice along with some coriander and a pinch of cayenne to give it a little kick. Spread this creamy mixture evenly over each salmon slice, then sprinkle a bit of black pepper on top. Roll up the salmon slices neatly to make little rolls. On each cracker, place a cucumber slice, then top it with a sprig of dill and one of the salmon rolls. Finish everything off by drizzling the remaining lemon juice over the assembled bites for a fresh, zesty touch.
