Directions
Warm your oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, salmon, chopped onion, jalapeΓ±os, and chili powder until everything is well mixed. Spoon about a teaspoon of the filling onto each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with a little water, fold the corners up, and pinch them together to seal. Give the tops and sides of the wontons a light brush of olive oil, then arrange them in the baking dish. Pop them in the oven and bake for around 10 minutes, or until they turn a beautiful golden brown on top. Let them cool slightly before digging in!
