Step 1
Gently heat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan so the crust doesnβt stick. In a medium bowl, combine the graham crackers, cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your pan to create the crust. Pop it into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes, until itβs just starting to turn golden.

While the crust is baking, mix together the cream cheese, cooked sweet potatoes, 1/4 cup brown sugar, light cream, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until everything is smooth and well combined. Once the crust is ready, pour this filling over it.
Step 3
Bake the pie for about an hour. In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle marshmallows on top so they can melt and get that lovely toasted finish. Let the pie cool a bit before slicing and serving.
