Step 1
Warm your oven to 375ยฐF. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, crumble the sausage and cook it until itโs nicely browned, which should take about 5 minutes. Then add the chopped onion, mushrooms, and celery to the pan and cook everything together for another 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, sage, and rosemary and let it cook for a couple more minutes before turning off the heat.

In a big bowl, whisk the chicken broth, potato flakes, and eggs until everything is well combined. Toss in the sausage mixture, Tater Totsยฎ, and parsley, mixing it all until evenly combined. Pour this mixture into a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
Step 3
Pop the dish into the oven and bake for around 45 minutes, until the stuffing is cooked through and starting to turn golden on top. For an extra crispy finish, switch your broiler on high and broil the stuffing for about 3 minutes, keeping a close eye so the tots get perfectly crispy but donโt burn. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
