Directions
Heat your air fryer to 350°F. While it’s warming up, slice the vegetarian sausages, then toss them in a bowl with chopped onions, bell peppers, a drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Give everything a good mix so all the pieces are nicely coated. Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for about 10 minutes. Halfway through, give the basket a shake to help everything cook evenly. After those first 10 minutes, let it cook for another 5 minutes or so. To make sure the sausages are done, check that the inside has reached 165°F with a thermometer. Once that’s set, everything’s ready to enjoy!
