Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF. Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then brown the pork chops on both sides for about 5 minutes until they get a nice golden color. Meanwhile, mix the rice and chopped celery together in a baking dish. Layer the onion slices over the rice, then place the browned pork chops on top.
