Warm it up over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves and everything is smooth—this should take about five minutes. Once it’s all melted and combined, take the pan off the heat and pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture. Give it a good stir until everything is coated evenly. Then, press the mixture firmly into a 9x13-inch pan, making sure it’s packed down well. Let it set for a bit, then slice into 16 bars and enjoy!
