Directions
Combin the shrimp with lemon juice, chopped tomatoes, and diced onion in a bowl. Add a splash of your favorite orange soda like Sunkist® or Crush®, then mix in some ketchup and Clamato®—you can use either the original or the Picante flavor, whichever you prefer. Season everything with salt, pepper, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, and a little hot sauce to give it a nice kick. Stir it all together well, then pop it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Just before you're ready to serve, gently fold in some fresh avocado for a creamy touch.
