What Makes This Dish So Tasty
Tips For Best Results
- Use fresh spices if possible for a brighter, more vibrant taste.
- Let the chili simmer gently to allow flavors to meld and thicken the sauce.
Step 1
Gently heat a heavy pot over medium heat. Toss in the onions and ground beef, cooking and stirring until the beef is nicely browned and crumbly and the onions have softened, which should take about 5 minutes. Once that’s done, drain any excess grease from the pot.
Step 2
Pour in the beef broth and add the beans, tomatoes, corn, and the Knorr Fiesta Sides - Taco Rice. Stir in a tablespoon of buttery spread to give it a nice richness. Bring everything up to a boil, then lower the heat, cover the pot, and let it simmer until the rice is tender—this usually takes around 7 minutes.
Step 3
After it's done cooking, take the pot off the heat and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Give it a good stir, then serve it up with some shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top. Enjoy!
