Directions
Blend together the yogurt, lemon juice, Sriracha, vinegar, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl. Give it a good stir and set it aside for the flavors to come together. Next, brush the carrots with olive oil and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Heat up your grill on low and make sure to oil the grates so nothing sticks. Place the carrots on the grill and cook them for about 5 minutes. Then turn them over and keep grilling for another 3 minutes or so, until theyโre tender but still have a bit of bite. Once theyโre done, transfer the carrots to a plate, spoon the creamy sauce over the top, sprinkle with some fresh cilantro, and dig in right away.
