Step 1
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs—using a food processor works great, but you can also put them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the brown sugar in a bowl until they’re well combined.

Pour the milk chocolate pieces into the bottom of a clean 1-quart jar. Add a layer of marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
Step 3
Now, take a resealable plastic bag and fit it inside the jar, draping the open edge over the rim. Slowly spoon the crumb mixture into the bag, pressing it down gently as you go so it fits snugly inside. Seal the bag tightly, then screw the jar lid on to keep everything fresh until you’re ready to enjoy.
