Step 1

Step 3

In a bowl, combine the white sauce, grated carrots, boiled spaghetti, shredded chicken, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and chopped coriander. Mix everything well.

Grease your hands and shape the mixture into long sticks. Beat two eggs in a bowl. Dip each stick into the eggs, then coat them thoroughly with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil for frying, then fry the sticks until they’re golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels if needed, and enjoy!
