Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter powder with water until smooth. Then stir in the hot honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder until everything is well combined. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss them in the marinade, making sure each piece is nicely coated. Cover the bowl and pop it in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or even overnight if you have the time.

Move the chicken thighs into an oven-safe dish and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink near the bone.
