Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oil. Gradually add water and knead it into a soft dough. Brush a little oil on top, cover, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Heat some oil in a pan, then sautΓ© the onion for a minute. Add the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in the ginger garlic paste and cook for another minute.

Season with salt, cumin seeds, pepper, and paprika, then mix well.

Toss in the carrot, capsicum, and tomato, stir everything together, and finish with chopped coriander leaves. Set the filling aside.
