Cooking Advice
- Use a piping bag or a small spoon to fill the cones neatly without spilling.
- For extra flair, drizzle melted chocolate over the filled cones and let it set before serving.
Step 1
Wrap a sugar cone in a paper towel and popping it in the microwave for about 15 seconds, or until it feels soft and bendable. While itβs still warm, carefully shape the tip of the cone upward to create that classic cornucopia look. Hold it in place for around 20 to 30 seconds so it hardens and keeps its shape. Do this with each cone you plan to use.
Step 2
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it in 30-second bursts, stirring in between, until itβs smooth and fully melted. Pour some candied ginger into a small bowl. Dip the top edge of each shaped cone first into the melted chocolate, then immediately into the ginger pieces. Set them on a wire rack to let the chocolate firm up.
Step 3
Once the cones are ready, fill them with grapes. Arrange the filled cones on a serving plate, scattering any leftover grapes around for a fresh, colorful touch.
