Directions
Gently heat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with oil, sugar, and a pinch of salt until theyβre all nicely coated. Spread the slices out on a baking sheet in a single layer, trying to keep them flat so they cook evenly. Pop the pan into the top part of the oven and bake until the tops just start to brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Carefully flip each slice over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes, until theyβre toasted and golden on the other side. Once theyβre done, gently loosen the slices from the pan right away. Theyβre delicious served warm, but you can let them cool if you like.
