Heat up your grill to medium-high and give the grates a quick brush with some oil to keep the burgers from sticking. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped onion, chipotle peppers, and taco seasoning using your hands until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture into four patties, making sure theyβre evenly sized. Place the patties on the grill and cook them for about 7 to 10 minutes on each side.
