Cooking Advice
- Avoid overmixing the meat to keep the burgers tender.
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in the juices.
Step 1
Chop the onions and chilies in a food processor until finely minced.
Step 2
Add the chicken, salt, chili flakes, chili powder, cumin, coriander powder, coriander seeds, and ginger garlic paste to the processor. Blend everything into a smooth paste.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then stir in the chopped tomatoes, clarified butter, cornflour, chopped coriander leaves, and the egg until well combined.
Step 4
Take a small handful of the mixture and shape it into a flat patty.
Step 5
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat, then fry the patties until theyβre golden and crispy on both sides.
Step 6
Once cooked, drain them on paper towels and serve warm.
